Catherine was born and raised just outside Pittsburgh, PA. She received her B.A. in Chemistry from Bryn Mawr College. While there, she researched the synthesis and reactivity of molybdenum cofactor model complexes under Dr. Sharon Burgmayer. In 2022, she began her studies at UW-Madison and joined the Berry lab that December. Outside of the lab, she enjoys going to the gym, hiking, playing ultimate frisbee, and going to coffee shops.
